Winner must be able to lawfully own a firearm and will be required to pass all state and federal background checks. Winner must take possession of rifle at the FFL dealer.

In the event purchaser elects to use a different FFL dealer for the legal transfer, whether in the state of Florida or in another state, then purchaser will be responsible for all transfer fees and shipping costs related to that decision.

All purchases must be picked up and possession taken within 30 days of date of purchase. If item is left longer than 30 days it will be returned to original donor with no refund of the purchase price.
